- Susan Peterson Added 2018-09-08★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Since new owners,Grant and Shelley, have taken over Pincher Creek Meats and Deli, now known as 1860585 Ab Ltd, ALL my experiences have been disappointing. My last two orders of 1 1/2 " thick porterhouse steaks have been tough and there was no "T" in the "T" bones...the bones were ALL "L"'s. I did bring this issue to their attention and NOTHING was done to resolve this problem. These two steak orders (both of 1 1/2 " thick steaks), cost well over $100 each. Last week I picked up my order for a butchered lamb, which cost $350.00 plus. What a disappointment! The shoulder roasts are unpalatable and are simply; bags of bones. The loin (?) chops are lardy, full of inedible gristle and look like shoulder parts. The packages of stew meat are gristly and shrivel up when cooked. I have been a repeat customer for years and will never go into this store again. The service is very poor since new ownership: slow, confusing and incompetent. WHAT A SHAME TO SEE THIS BUSINESS IN SUCH BAD SHAPE! Truly, this must be a disappointment and a sheer embarrassment to the previous ownership. So if over-spiced sausage meats and gristle is your preference, then I recommend this meat disappointment for you. I am glad that this review will go public before someone actually experiences something worse than I did.

The staff are hard working individuals that care about their customers. This business is very important in this community as they provide an essential service to the local producers and provide high quality product to their customer base. You are at the top of the scale! Keep it going Pincher Creek Meats!
